I've been strangely disinterested in cosplay these days. I think it's mostly because I feel like I need to save money for moving and that kind of thing. If I could just get a job, life would be so much easier. I hate being stressed about money. :/ In better news, I've been writing again. I'm on a huge Jeff Noon kick, with a renewed love of Vurt and Manchester and all of that good music I didn't listen to for too long. It's hard to love a book so much, especially when it's not at all well-known, and it's about horrible people doing horrible things in a horrible world. I don't really sell it well, do I?

This is my favorite time, cosplay-wise. The weather is great, Sakuracon is in the recent past, everything seems possible, and you haven't messed up on any cosplay. Yet. Sure, I'm super poor, but it's all good. I always mean to write about cons, but by the time I get around to it it seems like it's been too long after con, so I write about new stuff, and writing about con itself just seems like more and more of a hassle. Looks like I'll be going to Anime Evolution, so that's my next con. Anyone else going?
